About St. Peter's Parish
Our Mission
St. Peter's Parish is a welcoming community of faith in Windsor, Ontario, celebrating the rich traditions of the Maronite Catholic Church.
Our History
The first St. Peter's was erected in 1924 at the intersection of Parent and Niagara Streets. Our current church at 166 Tecumseh Road West was completed in 1931, designed by architect Albert H. Lothian. Believed to be the only Art Deco church of its kind in Canada, it was purchased by St. Peter's Maronite Catholic Church in 2000 and is a designated heritage site.
